The Music Hall is committed to ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of our guests with varying abilities. Our facility is wheelchair accessible and offers a variety of accommodative services. We monitor industry changes and advancements to maintain the highest level of accessibility for our guests. Parking
Parking spaces for our guests with disabilities are available in the lot directly adjacent to the building.
Entry
Guests may enter via the ground-level front doors or the building’s west side stage door (adjacent to the parking lot)
Lift
Chair-accessible elevator is located at ground level, at the front of the building at the east corner.
Restroom
Accessible restroom is also located at ground level, at the front of the building at the east corner.
Seating
Accessible seating is available for all shows on a first-come, first-served basis on the main floor level. Be sure to mention your need for wheelchair accessible seating or other accommodations when placing your ticket order.
Audio Aids
Audio assist devices are available for the hearing-impaired during all performances. Please inquire with box office upon arrival.
Large Print Programs
Large print programs are available for all Music Hall presentations. Please request at least two days in advance of the performance. Programs will be made available via front of house staff.
